Classic Ibiza, produced by Revival Productions, is a spectacular open‑air concert series featuring a 32‑piece orchestra, thousands of music lovers and a whole lot of moving parts behind the scenes.
As part of my annual retainer with the team, I help manage the customer queries inbox throughout the season and support the live event day, keeping communication smooth, questions answered and everything running calmly in the background. Here’s a look at how I help bring this incredible event to life each year.
Inbox Management
Categorising incoming emails and flagging for the Box Office Manager
Responding to customer queries
Resending and processing new tickets using the bespoke ticketing software
Processing marquee orders, coordinating forms, suppliers and invoices
Creating and issuing discount codes
Technical & Creative
Designing a map of each concert site
Creating pre‑show screen content with key event information, showcasing sponsor messages and incorporating videos and promotional clips
Updating the website with food trucks and caterers for each venue
Designing and sending crew information packs ahead of each concert
On-the-Day Support
Covering the inbox and customer phone line on event day ensuring all queries are answered promptly and helpfully
Monitoring event radio traffic and keeping the event log accurate and updated throughout
