A flexible bundle of visual content to support your marketing each month. Everything is tailored to your brand, your audience, and the channels you use most.
Included each month:
4 social media graphics
One design counts as one graphic and can be supplied in up to two sizes (e.g., Instagram grid + story, or square + landscape). Additional size variations can be added if needed.
1 graphic for email, website or digital channels
Use this for an email header, newsletter graphic, website promo image, blog/news article visual, or a digital screen graphic, whichever channel you need to support that month.
1 branded Canva template (one page/one side)
A reusable template designed for posts, flyers or simple documents. Fully editable so you can update text and images whenever you need.
Image sourcing (up to 5 images)
I’ll source up to 5 suitable free images to support your content. (If you’d like me to purchase stock images on your behalf, this can be added.)

A steady, supportive monthly service that keeps your website up‑to‑date, helping your business stay current, engaging, and aligned with your brand as it evolves.
Included each month:
2 blog uploads
You provide the copy and images; I’ll handle formatting, layout, SEO title and description, accessibility checks, and publishing so your content looks polished and professional.
Up to 2.5 hours of website updates
Flexible time each month for whatever your site needs, whether that’s small tweaks (updating dates, swapping images, fixing spacing) to more substantial refreshes (improving layouts, updating sections or adding new content).
Light website graphic updates (up to 2 small graphics)
Perfect for banners, pop‑up announcements, buttons, or simple visual updates that keep your site looking current.
Image sourcing (up to 5 images)
I’ll find and recommend up to 5 suitable free images to support your updates. (If you’d like me to purchase stock images on your behalf, this can be added.)

A focused monthly service designed to bring calm, clarity and structure to your inbox. If you’re juggling a busy schedule or drowning in unread messages, this package gives you steady, reliable support that keeps everything organised and under control.
Included each month:
Your inbox is checked once a day (Mon-Fri)
Emails are sorted, prioritised, flagged or labelled, replied to on your behalf where appropriate and escalated to you only when needed.
Out‑of‑office management
I’ll set up, update or schedule your out‑of‑office messages so they’re always accurate, helpful and aligned with your tone of voice.
Calendar triage
Light calendar support to keep your schedule running smoothly, including adding meetings or appointments from incoming emails, flagging scheduling conflicts and keeping your diary tidy and up‑to‑date
£195 per month
Access is granted through secure, permission‑based methods (such as delegate access), so you never share your actual password. Everything is covered by a confidentiality agreement, and you choose exactly what level of access you’re comfortable with.
